Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock

Posted on Mar 15, 2008 03:28:24 PM

Nintendo Wii Console bundle with guitar hero IIIIn a list of the best Wii games, how possibly could anyone forget the ever-famous gitar hero series, with their new release, Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock. Anyone who has ever played this game will tell you that there is no end to the fun you can have with this. There are endless upgrades you can achieve, including new songs, (which kick-ass by the way) new gitars to buy, new people you can be on the stage, and even down to the details like what your rock star wears, and the types of jeans he has on. amazing. Another great aspect of this game is the controls. Whoever came up with the idea for this deserves a raise.

The gitar (which you purchase along with the game) is perfectly esigned with the right sized bottons, that it all just seems to be second nature after a few seconds of playing this. Gitar Hero has the perfect combination between easy and ard. For you beginners who get pissed of when you can’t beat even the second level, there is a easy mod, which truly means “easy”. So even the worst of all players can have our thrill out of this. Usually, right about now would be the point in which I would be addressing flaus, but truly - I can find any. Except for a few glitches in the game, and the huge price, theres nothing else bad to say about this game. So in some respect, you could call it perfect. So go out to the mall, get your self the game, then a gitar, (or 2 for a rock-out session with your friend) Get home, plug it up, and ROCK OUT! Read the rest of this entry »

Nintendo Wii is totally different from its other counterparts, such as Playstation 3 and Xbox 360. Take, for example, the use of a handheld device known as the controller. It doesn’t have any joystick, which means you don’t have to learn the tricks and tips in making it work. Your main tool is your hand itself. What makes it even more amazing is that it has one of the most excellent sound systems. It can already emit sound direct from the remote, increasing the level of gaming experience. For example, when you hit a ball in tennis, the sound makes it appear as you’re actually hitting on something.

The Miles System
Miles System is one of the best audio support systems for your Nintendo Wii. What’s more, you don’t have to simply use it for your newest gaming console. It is also suitable to different operating systems, such as Windows 2000 and NT, to name a few. There are also numerous benefits and features that you can enjoy with the Miles System. Ever since the Nintendo Wii video game console was introduced in the global market it has taken the world by storm. In the beginning Microsoft Xbox 360 managed to sell more units than Nintendo Wii in the month of September, Nintendo Wii soon overtook Microsoft to reach the top spot for the number of units sold. Nintendo overtook Microsoft in October when 519,000 units of the game console were sold while Microsoft managed to sell only 366,000 units.

Wii will Change Gaming Industry

Posted on Mar 9, 2008 03:59:05 PM

Just when everything has looked the same in the gaming world, Nintendo took a riskier path. Nevertheless, all efforts have paid off, and one of its newest technologies, the Nintendo Wii, is getting rave reviews all over the world.

But what is Wii, and how is it different from Xbox, GameCube, and Playstation? How does it exactly work? Learn to trudge upon the world of Wii consoles.

Setting the Difference with Wii’s Interface
It seems like there’s much difference when you talk about consoles of different video games. But Wii is ultimately different. It aims to revolutionize game play, not just to improve what is already available in the market.

Innovation can be one of the better reasons why Nintendo designers have come up with Wii. Gone is the joystick, and all that is left is an ordinary-looking remote control. Yet the ultimate secret of Wii is in the controller itself. For one, gyroscoping has never been this easy. After all, what you can control is the Wii controller itself. It can ultimately perform a series of console functions, such as tilting in different direction, rotation, and even acceleration. All you have to do is to move the controller to any direction that you want it to. What happens therefore is you are increasing preciseness in your movements, and you can definitely complete a game with perfection. Read the rest of this entry »

Wii. Unlike all others!

Posted on Dec 30, 2007 05:53:30 PM

The Nintendo WII is unlike any game console you have ever played before. Unlike your new age “old” ps2 or Xbox, the Wii is a completely one of a kind in game console land. One of the main features is the console’s game controller, which unlike other game consoles, you can control by simply moving your hand. The Nintendo Wii makes all the games extremely realistic, by putting in body motions to control the games, instead of simply pushing buttons.

By using body motions within the controller, the Nintendo Wii makes you feel move interactive and more involved into the game. The controller isn’t the only new cool feature in the WII console. There are also USB add-ons for this console, which enables you to plug in extra hardware like a WII microphone, or WII keyboard more nifty hardware devices. This extra Nintendo hardware is only designed for the Nintendo WII console and therefore will not work on other game consoles.
